This is similar to when we traded Chandler to to OKC, but it was rescinded the next day after Chandler didn’t pass their physical.

Not the first time the NBA stopped a Hornets/Lakers trade

Woah! Wonder if Williams failed a physical.
I’d have to think so. No one else in the trade has an injury history that would cause the trade to collapse, IIRC.

And this is why I said Charlotte fleeced the lakers. Mark Williams will be another Robert Williams

If tweet fails to load, click here. Yeah, he’s not gonna have a long career

YouTube talking heads we’re talking up the Williams acquisition as being almost as big as Luka because it gave them a big on his timeline and kept Jax from starting.
Yeah, not so much.
Yeah, not so much.

Jaxson has been playing well but admittedly it’s been against teams without a great big. I understand why people here don’t like him but it helps when you’re surrounded by better players and great passers all around.

People don’t like him because he has the BBIQ of a kiwi and shows no inclination to improve.

I think he’s been a good hustle player for LA. I don’t think he’s the starter on a playoff team but he gives great energy in his minutes. They’ve been winning with him and don’t really have another big on the roster.

So, the Lakers were saved from themselves in this deal. Sucks that they always fall on the right side of the breaks

His numbers are no better than when he was in New Orleans. He may have instantly become the worst starter in the NBA

Raptors won tonight. Pels tank grows stronger.

Lakers cut 5-time Pelicans Talk MVP Christian Wood to sign Alex Len.

Christian Wood
The definition of can't get out of your own way.
He's 29. last 4 seaasons he's averaged: 16.2PPG, 7.6 RPG, 1.3 APG, 1.6 TOV, 1.7 STOCKS. Shooting 53.7/37.9/69.3
He's a 6'8 PF. Defensively he's barely a net negative (DBPM -0.3), but offensively he's positive (+2.2)
He's such a shitty human being though, front offices and locker rooms hate him
