Thats an easy assumption for MM- not sure thats a real source or him assuming crap. That being said- I wouldn’t doubt it. Again no extension offer by Griffin is VERY telling on how he feels on Willie. I honestly think staying out of play-in is crucial for Willie to somewhat keep his job.

No fire in his gut, at all! Sometimes a coach has to let his players and the fans know he has their back when refs are obviously doing a bad job on one side.

When the team is winning, almost everyone agrees that the coach is doing a good job, and when the team isn't meeting expectations, then the coach gets the blame.
And that includes the players. They are much more likely to blame the coach than they are themselves. It is what it is.

Why do people make statements that are just not true? Personally, I have blamed Willie’s coaching even in wins and plenty others have here as well. This whole we win and everyone thinks Willie is doing a good job is just blatantly false.

For me the thing is listening to AD during the broadcast and then seeing it on the floor and Willie does not make adjustments or the players cannot execute the adjustments.
The rotations have been a head scratcher a lot of times.

This is probably really stupid but I feel like a coach who wants to be all level headed and calm 24/7 and doesn’t curse is just a fricking beta. How do you expect to motivate your guys? What? Is he trying to be the next Phil fricking Jackson?

If Willie only makes the play in. He’s out. And honestly, might be the best thing for this organization and future of this current roster.
I would love, LOVE if we went after Chris Quinn, Heat’s assistant coach. Been with Spo since 2014 so he’s had ample time to soak everything in. Also been learning some from Pat Riley as well. Born in New Orleans too

He should be fired for being a beta and not knowing how to adjust in game.
He only knows how to call a time out and hopefully that will ice the other team I works 1out of 12 time so there is that.
Borrego is a much better X&O's coach and has passion
The magic coach was more upset about his player being reviewed for his cut block the Willie was about his star player being taken out by the knees

He's gone after the season. At this point, I'd be surprised if they win the play-in to get into the actual playoffs.
