Westbrook and his shitty 3pt shooting knocks down a 3 to win the game. Seriously, we cannot get any help

The Pels next 3 are winnable. Not necessarily easy, but winnable. Over the same span most of the 3-10 teams are either playing each other or the Rockets and Warriors. If this team is going to step up and get some breathing room, the next 5-6 days are when to start it. Turn a 3 game streak into a 6 game streak, then you play Spurs, Tank, Clippers, Tank. All of a sudden you’re on a 10 game win streak or hopefully at least 8 or 9 out of 10 and you have a little cushion in a tight playoff race. Which they’ll need.

My most positive expectations: we make the playoffs (still very possible) and steal one surprising win before exiting. That’s not really outrageous

Really excited for tonight. I think AD comes out killing it. He's been in the spotlight and just got called out by a bum reporter. 40 easy for him tonight.

Got to take care of business tonight. These are games that we somehow lose in the past. Only a 2 point favorite.

Let’s turn the corner, Sons.

These next 10 games will probably determine whether the Pels make the playoffs or not.

Heat
@ Bucks
Suns
@ Spurs
@ Mavs
@ Clips
@ Kings
Wizards
Jazz
Hornets

The Pels are probably underdogs to push in 4-5 of those games, yet they really need to be at least 7-3 coming out of this stretch. The 10 after that are rough either because of the opponent, Boston, Cleveland, OKC, Houston twice, or the schedule thanks to Indy.

Jimmy Butler crumpled to the court with a knee injury and is going to have an MRI. LINK If he's done the Wolves could possibly fall out as tight as the loss column is.

crazy to think that #4 through #8 all have 26 losses right now.

Obviously I hate the look of that Jimmy Butler injury and never want to see anyone go down, but you have to wonder if the Wolves can continue to win with out him

Honestly, nope.

Butler was the difference in their team. All of a sudden they go from a poor defensive team thesse previous years (KAT and Wiggins both suck) and suddenly become a plus when he's on the court (nearly 38 minutes a game).

Fully expect them to limp while he's gone. Offensively they're gonna be amazing still. Defensively they're trash without him.

Of the eight teams in the playoffs in the west, we are one of four teams with a winning road record.

Shams mentioned preliminary X-rays on Jimmy Butlers right knee was negative so there is some hope. But we are still waiting on the MRI results

For all those down in the dumps, you know we weren't exactly setting the world on fire when Boogie was here, and many threads were made here about 3 or 4 games that he "single-handedly" lost for us. I think we're not that far off from where we were pre-Boigie. We used to joke and say win one, lose one, now we're stringing more victories together than we were before.

If he’s out 6 weeks, that’s practically the entire regular season.

ETA: and 8 of their next 10 games are tough
