What can we give up and still improve for Jimmy Butler?

If a Butler to Pels deal was realistic, I don't think you could expect to hold on to both Mirotic and Randle, especially since both can be FAs after this year.
If you know you could sign him to an extension, or re-sign him this summer, Etwaun + Randle + 1st seems like a good starting point.
Edit: Forgot that Randle isn't eligible to be traded now. Niko would be the substitute in that hypothetical, but I would really hesitate to include him, along with Moore. Niko and AD were such a good pairing last year, and should get better with an offseason of work.

Randle can’t be traded until December. If they insist on another worthwhile player besides Moore it’d have to be Niko.

Yeah him wanting to be traded to the Knicks, Nets, and Clippers is very odd. Especially the Nets. Guess he doesn't care about winning and just wants to be the man in the bright lights getting a ton of money. And that's fine, if tht's what he really wants.

Butler doesn’t fit this team. He’s ball dominant and an ISO player. He would make Jrue regress methinks. Plus he seems like a malcontent in the locker room and this team doesn’t need that. He’s talented, yes, but that’s not all that goes into building a team.
I like the idea of Dragic + Winslow over Butler

Is there an elite SF that doesn’t ball stop that is even remotely available? And frankly, I think we could use a little iso ball from time to time. Has it ever been said he’d a Melo like black hole? I’m honestly asking. Never mind how feasible it is to get him to come here over his big market choices.
