A little surprised at both Favors and Okafor being probable as I thought I read Cheatham had been transferred to the Pels.

I think that Cheatham is here simply because we have a long homestand that will give the main squad's coaching staff more time to work with him to improve his game. He has a lot more opportunity to improve if he's going against NBA talent in practice than G-League talent.
In other words, we're still trying to turn him into an NBA player and this is part of that process.
