Warriors have to figure out a way to beat OKC...and Denver. To beat OKC, you gotta slow down SAG...that means Herb...not Trey. Warriors problem is defense...not offense. To beat Denver, you gotta be prepared to double and swarm Joker...you just can't leave one man on him. Once again, a swarming defense with Herb is MUCH better than a swarming defense with Trey.
Of course, I could be wrong...but I'd be pretty shocked if Golden State comes after Trey...instead of Herb. Seems to me Herb is just a much better "fit" for them...given their roster...and key opponents.

Herb is just the better player as of now. frick a trade, I want to see this roster actually play together. There is glaring talent at every position, Zion has to stay healthy and Trey needs to keep improving. If Dejounte returns as a similar player, this will be the deepest guard room I can ever remember us having. 3 different guards who can create will be huge for the regular season and minimizing wear and tear on Z’s wheels.

You're probably right...and there's really no reason to make a move involving Herb....barring injuries of course...until February deadline...unless we get some kinda insane offer that we have to go ahead and do.

Part of this is that it is the Lakers.
That’s a combo of firsts not being available for a long time and likely being at the back end of the first because of Luka.
And on top of that, frick the Lakers on principle.
