Which is exactly why I’m not thrilled about the SVG firing
We have more problems than just a coaching problem. But he’s the scapegoat for a shitty roster. And Griff has been so bad at making hires we all of a sudden trust him to make the right one?

According to Kush, he wasn't well liked in the org top to bottom and barely spoke to ownership.

I think Theresa Witherspoon takes over as HC. The players love her. Zion has formed a close relationship with her. Least amount of upheaval from a scheme perspective and the team with a female owner hires the first female head coach.

People downvoting but literally there is almost nothing you can point to besides Zion(which is a gift that 30 out of 30 GM’s would make) that Griff has done right since being here besides accumulating picks. Building an actual roster has been a disaster.
And now our superstar will have had three coaches and three systems in three seasons and be playing with a bunch of guys that don’t know how to win.

I told yall he should have never even been hired from the beginning and got downvoted to hell. It was a horrible, awful, lazy hire
