Yeah, my guess is that Zion has actually managed to injure himself doing something random (maybe not even basketball related), and the team doesn't want to announce it until they do imaging and can give us a (overoptimistic) timetable for when he will be back.

Something is happening more than what the team said, that's for sure.

Lmao, this shite is hilarious.

It's the organization, same shite every year. Some players are hiding behind injuries because they know they can't win, and the players that are hiding are your so called superstars, and veterans that taking up most of your payroll.

So quick to make BI the problem, looks like to me he is the only one showing up to work. RIDICULOUS.........

I'm glad more than Teddy and I are acknowledging this now.

I’m really struggling with not posting what I learned about Zion and Game 1. I don’t want to get who told me in trouble.

Let’s just say it possibly wasn’t what they said.

I’m done with this dude. Trade him, I don’t care at this point.

I think it’s a matter of time before whatever the hell is going on comes out soon and we are going to trade him. The national media is going to pick up on it soon.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t play a game for us again.

In trouble with who?

Fact is the dude wasn’t at the place his employer requires him to be.

Was absent again last night .

Has been absent the better part of 6 years .

It’s always some dog and pony show . He’s not dependable , period. We know it , his team knows , coaches know it , griff knows it . The latter is just too soft to do anything about it

Is this the wrong time to see those Zion for MVP bet receipts?

I posted my Zion for MVP vote in the thread about him saying "out for vegeance" but i also said this in that same post:

quote:

I’m with Bunchie though. Show me on the court big man. I love the story and all the words, but let’s see it. He needs to be the leader of this team, and sounds like he started to finally realize that after the Lakers beat down.

I also bet that Murray would be clutch player of the year, and Herb DPOY.

I also know that i'm highly unlikely to win any of those bets, and knew that when i made the bet, but i still like betting on my team.

Well, I suppose it's good news that he's not seriously injured, which was everyone's fear last night.

There's just no point in lying about it then, and it's what they've done with him too many times. No one said you had to tell the whole truth, or even some of it on why he didn't play. He has a personal life and is a human being that has things he has to deal with just like the rest of us. He's entitled to his privacy, but don't make shite up on why you aren't playing.

The people around him are who control the message, and they are idiots. That’s been proven time and again.

I mean technically it should be a NBA violation if they lied about him being sick. Probably why poster trying to be careful posting such things.

They didn't want people to inquire over it.

Well you can't lie about it. Do I really need to explain it to them like they are fricking 5 years old? You'll always get in more trouble when you lie about it. Just tell the truth. And no one said you needed to tell that much of the truth. Just don't lie about it.
Personal issue, that's it.
Reporter: well whats the personal issue?
Pels: none of your fricking business
Reporter: but we need to know.
Pels: you don't.
Reporter: is it his health or someone elses health?
Pels: we aren't answering any more questions relating to Zion and we would appreciate if you respect his privacy. We play the Cavs tomorrow. Any quesions about that upcoming game?
Reporter: will Zion play in that Cavs game?
Pels: interview is over. thanks guys.

Damn I missed the drop from Bunch. What is it? Do I need my pitchfork? Should I cancel my Pelicans+? I really don't want to watch Cain and the other scrubs get slaughtered by lottery teams until Christmas.
