Just wanted to get the board's opinion on this one

Seems to always be a lot of bad blood on here about the medical staff, and I tend to agree with them for the most part

What say yall?

I mean there is no telling how long Davis will actually be out

4-6 weeks could mean the rest of the season with these people

Sir, you're going to need to sit down and chill out, or Jayjay is going to be forced to give you a rectal search for the apparent stick up your arse.

Watch out, JayJay is now going to come in here and blow you away with some powerful retort, like "Nah."

What would we have to talk about without it?

Looking at lopez, smith, ryno, and reke, i think they've done alright by us recently.

Orlando's staff destroyed Grant Hill's career.

I've shitted on the Pelicans staff too, but they did managae to get Gordon back on the court(no matter how long it took) without him having microfracture surgery, which would have basically ended him

no. Detroit's coaching staff/medical staff did by misdiagnosing his injury on purpose to keep him playing that playoff series

Obviously started in Detroit. But he had some botched surgeries once he got to Orlando as well

eta: also had a staph infection from a surgery with Orlando that almost killed him.

There's not one single person on this board who has a clue as to how the current medical staff compares to the rest of the NBA. Not one. But that won't stop the message board silliness.

I'd say we are middle to upper tier. I have a lot of connections to the Oschner-Elmwood sports rehab program and they are all good people. More willing to experiment in recovery methods, especially in regards to stem cell procedures, than most NBA staffs. Results have been mixed but definitely a step in the right direction.
