Griffin has ties to David Blatt. He seemed like he had the Cavs playing well before LeQuit and that schizophrenic PG got him fired. Any other names jump out at y’all?

People who announce retread coaches that haven’t coached in years just show their stupidity

I don’t follow the NBA haven’t even watched any of the bubble games. Is he available or not?

I already can see Griff spinning keeping Uncle Al.

"We set off to create a family, and Al is a big part of that. We are not going to make hasty decisions based off of a historically turbulent season. We are confident that we are trending upwards and we want our young players to have continuity and stability moving forward."

Pretty random thing to be curious about seeing as you dont follow the nba. Yes, im sure he's available but he sure as hell is not who we need to hire.

What are y'all's thoughts on Brett Brown if/when Philly cans him this off-season? Philly played beautiful basketball when they surrounded Simmons and Embiid with shooters like Belinelli, Redick, Saric, and Covington. Then Brand went name chasing and surrounded Simmons and Embiid with a bunch of pieces that didn't fit at all. I don't think he's perfect, but I'd prefer him over Kidd in a heartbeat and I feel like he's proven more than Lue.

Atkinson is #1 on my wish list.

Didn’t Blatt retire because he has MS?

I like Atkinson and some of his former staff: Fleming & Weaver. Also like the Milwaukee guys Ham & Lee as well as Mohsley & Silas from the Mavs and Cassell & Lue from the Clippers.

Pop coaching tree also provides Hammon/Udoka/Hardy.

Yes, he’s available. He will always be available, because no one is going to hire him.

As for Brett Brown, yeah I’d give him a look. Good coach. He’s been failed by the 6ers FO.

Kenny Atkinson is extremely realistic given his current employment status. Dude got pushed out of Brooklyn by 2 of the biggest idiots in the NBA.
