WTF does this even mean? Re-signing him? What a mess.

It means they may want to showcase him a little more.

Either that or they're planning on shopping Landry after March 1 and need the warm bodies at the 4.

This is vaguely similar to the Tyson Chandler trade back in 2008.

I wonder how his feelings are toward the team?

Interesting turn of events. Maybe Demps didn't like the offers so far and will wait until trade deadline to move him.

I'm sure Kaman is going to be THRILLED to play for us now and will give us his all.

Honestly, this kind of stuff happens in the NBA.
But after discussions with numerous teams, sources said, New Orleans has decided to end those talks and recall Kaman, although it wasn't immediately clear what sort of role he'll have after Hornets coach Monty Williams announced last week that getting minutes for young players such as Al-Farouq Aminu and Gustavo Ayon was the staff's priority.

It also remains to be seen, sources said, whether the Hornets' stance is firm and whether they'll decide to field offers for Kaman before the March 15 trade deadline.
Re-signing him?

Demps has always been open to the idea of resigning kaman long term.

I think the only playing time he'll see will come if Oak, Smith, and Ayon pick up 4-5 fouls each.

How probable is it that we will have an owner by then?

It doesn't matter that I have season tixs etc

This is a joke. This is not standard practice in the NBA. I do not recall one player being told to not report to the team cause we're gonna trade you and then hey come on back. Someone find some links or something cause I call BS

and you are right. I am MAD. Very pissed that I invested hard earned money into the crap being presented. Tank that

Don't think rockets need him. Top 4 seed right now. I heard in 690 this am that the new owner of the hornets will be a guy from LA and he wants Kaman in the roster

Could they be waiting until after the Feb. 12th trade restrictions? I believe they can't package him with any other players, like Gordon.
