I agree. Make a move for a guy like Huerter but not a big splash move yet

Are we even thinking at all? We had a foul to give and allowed a rim run and a tip-in.

If Herb can really turn into a Draymond-esque facilitator(or BI, or Zion), maybe it can work? If not, you sort of either have to play Jax off the bench or move Herb to the bench and bring in a true point guard. But for now I’d like to just see how this plays out

I'm starting to think more & more that Val is just a "temp".

Val is a solid starting center, his contract goes 2 more seasons. A TON can happen in 2 seasons, but I don't worry about him, maybe we should look at some back up options if Jax isn't playing center. If Jax keeps putting up points you can't keep him off the floor.

Oh, and what is up with JV tonight? Our team is getting the ball to him in good position and it is like he is playing with Adam's hands!!! I hope he snaps out of it.

Val just needs the All-Star break. He’s carried a lot of water the past 4 months.

We are going to lose this through shitty play and it’s going to be the most #PelsLife thing this season.

Every opportunity to play in position with a massive home stand on the horizon… blown.

I’ve brought this up before in draft pick arguments, but Val is playing career high minutes, as the second option getting beat up because of our lack of additional talent most season, and no one would confuse him for a marathon athlete.

Doesn’t shock me he’s gassing out a bit as the season wears on and wear and tear builds up.

His minutes are up but his numbers across the board for the last 20 are basically down…that’s with missing games for rest

That’s why you free BI of initiating offense. He and Zion are elite finishers.

Nah I love this version of BI, less iso, more facilitation, but can still take over games and drop 35 on you like that…would appreciate someone that can set him up a bunch of possessions here and there like getting him open threes
