I honestly don't think there are any good options out there. We're in a place in time where RSNs are obsolete, but NBA/MLB/NHL are forced to stick with them to placate ESPN's and TNT's fears of direct-to-consumer distribution models.

I have DirectTV Stream and it comes with Bally's but man I was hoping they would go back to Fox so I could go back to Hulu Live.
There's no way in the world I'd pay $30 for just their crap service. I can't even imagine how bad their streaming app is. Just pay $45 more for DirectTV Stream and get a full lineup of TV.

I have DirectTV stream as well, got it VERY early on when it was ATTNow and got a great deal grandfathered in.
