I wouldn’t mind a package bringing back Sexton and Nance if it only cost us Lewis, picks, and we could attach at least Bledsoe.

Kira is a neutral one at best
10th overall isn't some MAJOR value, 2 2nds is at best equivalent to a late 1st, and a future 1st from LAL or us (you're assuming we're BOTH playoff teams right -- because that's the goal).
We gave up #6 and a future 1st for an up-and-coming Jrue Holiday. That's not much different for Sexton.

Jrue was months removed from his all-star appearance and more importantly his extension was already done and just kicking in.

Yeah, I think I considered it more of a bledsoe being a negative value and Kira would at least be an offsetting asset in that trade.

If they are going to trade with Cleveland I would rather it be for Garland than Sexton. He’s the better facilitator and better outside shooter plus he’s further away from free agency than Sexton.

They aren’t trading Garland, the emergence of Garland is one of the reasons why they are wanting to move Sexton for assets

Sexton isn't a real ball hog.
He's just forced to do that...
He's the best playmaker of Cavs team for me. It's just that it doesn't show through the assists per game

Yea I’m not giving up Kira and #10. I’m fine with either or and whatever first next year is the lowest out of the Lakers/Pels. And they take Bledsoe. Then go and get McDermott in fa and see what happens.

Sexton and either Prince or Nance in wouldn’t be half bad
Would solve a lot of problems and increase our ceiling quite a bit.
Glad a few people are at least warming up to it and acknowledging that Sexton is not trash.
Some of the critiques of a young player averaging a pretty efficient 24 a game have been overkill. I guess he would take some of the hear off of Ingram in that respect lol.
The only thing that I wish was different about sexton is that he was 6ft 5 instead of 6ft 1, but if we get Sexton, I think we still may retain Lonzo and at the minimum we’d still have Nickeil as a big guard to pair him with.

That has been proven false
He scored 24pts while being top 5 on double teams. He did that while having bottom five worst spacing.

Agreed. That would give some really good lineup versatility and the ability to have at least 2 really good scorers on the floor at all times.
