Yesterday he said he was sick of all of this and the abuse he took online for a non-paying job, so he basically quit.

Ego. He puts himself out there and expect people to treat him as the authority. He's always been that way.

Are they giving the Lakers our pick to take on Lin? I wonder.

I hope they are giving the AR too. Anyone know if Houston has renounced their rights to F. Garcia? could we possibly S/T for him in the Asik Deal + Rivers + say Babbitt and still keep our MLE and BAE

Lakers banking on SoCal Asians to fill them empty seats to watch a non-title contender.

I think I read they did, but maybe it was just that they were planning to.
So basically, I don't know

Only "loyal" because they are fans of the most successful franchise in the league.

Rockets must have confirmation from Bosh now

More likely their pick since the asik deal isn't official yet and they'd be stupid to give up our pick.

They declined his team option but I don't think that precludes them from signing and trading him. I'm under the belief that we could do that with Aminu if we wanted.

Garcia would have to be willing to sign for the vet minimum in order for my idea to work however.... I have no idea if he will get more than that in this market.

People don't go to Lakers games to watch basketball. They treat their games like social events. 18k people and one of the worst atmospheres in the league during the regular season.

Isn't that the opposite of bandwagon?
