Clarkson must really like LA

As others have said, that's a nice deal in last seasons Cap

He was a Arenas provision guy so there is a limit other teams could offer him. something like 4/$55 I think, but dont quote me.

I'm guessing no Marvin now:

Once CHA locked up Batum for less than max, they had $$$ to keep Marvin.

Yea, that's roughly the max offer that he could receive from other teams. It would be structured 5-5-20-20, or something similar. Supposedly the Lakers were scared of that framework, so they offered a similar total value deal.

The 2017 pick would have more value than Jrue, who is expiring, and Buddy IMO. That class is loaded and Buddy wasn't as loved by the other 29 teams as he was by us. That pick is Dell's best chance to get a quality starter or two rotation guys. It's bound to happen IMO

Based on what? He was going to get picked within 2 picks after us if we didn't grab him.

No surprise here. Interested to see what DET does with the space he saved them.

I'm glad he isn't overpaying guys who really won't move the needle with multi-year deals. Let everyone else spend themselves out and be a factor next offseason with a $107 million or more cap.

That is completely incorrect. There were multiple reports that the Nuggets were trying to trade up for Hield.

Why does anyone on this board want to spend almost 20% of the cap on Bazemore? Dude is average at best.

That's a win now move if there ever was one.

From the looks we didn't even get a meeting but we were just interested. I said before even if the plan is to move Reke. Turner doesnt know that so why would he want to come here.

I'm digging what I'm reading about etwaun Moore

Real good size and athleticism that can play D and hit 3s

He'd be a nice complement to fraizer off the bench and can spot start here and there if needed(averaged 12/3/3 as a starter last year and shot very well)

Gonna take more than 10 per to keep Bulls from matching. Maybe 12. You still digging him?

Demps almost traded for him once before, he'd have been part of the deal had David West done a S&T to Boston instead of going to the Pacers.
