I am sure Dell is working the phones for something like Anjiica + 2018 2nd + 2019 2nd for Noel and Devin Harris.
I like that one. They probably need to include Dante too to stay out of the tax.

I’d rather Yogi/Noel for Ajinca/Diallo/2nd (or two 2nds)
Im really upset about Monroe btw. I know it’s spilled milk but we really needed him

I still think Nerlens can be a 10/10 kinda player. Would be a good get if we are able to give up ajinca

Ryan Schwann has pointed out, correctly I believe, that this team wants long guys capable of defending more than one position. It's part of why Quinn Cook was let go. It's a big part of why Rondo gets limited minutes. With that in mind I can't see this team picking Yogi over Harris.

Who are some good bigs available either by trade or buyouts available right now that yall think we should go after?

Kyle O Quinn is another name that wouldnt be a bad option
But either way we need a big body. Someone that can guard the DeAndre Jordans, Zach Randolphs, Zaza, Clint Capella, Steven Adams, etc of the world

I keep seeing rumors of Mudiay being available on the cheap from DEN, but I cant see a reason for them to take on AA.
I dont think he's very good, but as a young backup with a few years left on a deal to possibly develop going forward, i wouldnt mind him

Has Mudiay even show flashes of being potentially good like Elfrid has? It seems like the only times I've heard about him at all it's because he sucks unlike Payton.

He played really well to start the year but Murray took over

DAL seems to be the ideal trade partner for this type of minor move. They have cap space, a talented C on a cheap expiring, and decent backup PG's. I know that Noel has an effective no-trade clause, but I doubt he would try to exercise it because I think DAL would just let him rot if he threatens to do so.

He is owed $4.2M next year. Considering his production thus far, the tax implications, and the fact that we cannot resign him if he plays well, I don't think he is in play for us anymore.

Yeah, I think he would see NOLA as an ideal environment to rebuild some of his FA value.

I wonder if Toronto is willing to trade Vanvleet?

Absolutely love this way of thinking, and i'm glad to hear that.
More reasons to make a Dinwiddie trade happen.

This is why the NBA is dumb. I didn't see any of the experts on this board correctly figure out what boston had to offer him cash this year vs the pels. The salary cap system in nba is too damn complicated.

Money wasn't the problem
It was ring chasing vs playing time
He chose the former
The nba cap isn't hard to figure out if you do a little research

We've been saying money vs PT the entire time. I saw the Hayward injury exception mentioned multiple times.

nobody mentioned 5 mill cash for remainder of season. or at least that i can recall. Yes we all knew celtics could offer more.
