That pick needs to be unprotected if it's both of them, and even then I still say no.

I think he’d probably be okay for 15-20 minutes, but I really don’t know. I didn’t watch much Timberwolves this season

what about Teague?
he’d be useful now and a great trade chip later

Yeah, I guess that could work too. Don’t know where we’d get a center from though. And I kinda feel like we need another one to start the season.

This is how much Anthony Davis didn't want to be a Pelican:

Here’s what a potential Damian Lillard 4-year, $196M super-max extension would look like:
2021-22 (age 31): $43.75M
2022-23 (age 32): $47.25M
2023-24 (age 33): $50.75M
2024-25 (age 34): $54.25M

Miami is obsessed with being mediocre.
He got Minnesota to the playoffs when he got there. Hes actually a difference maker.

@wojespn
Sources: Boston's showing interest in a 3-team sign-and-trade w/ Kyrie Irving (Nets), Kemba Walker (Celtics) and Terry Rozier (Hornets). Boston wants to create a full MLE and would likely need to surrender at least a first-round pick to Nets. So far, talks are exploratory.

Nets steal Kyrie and get a 1st for their troubles. Unreal.

Nets are my dark horse to win it all in the near future
Marks is damn good

A 3 way sign and trade is a first as far as I am aware.

that’s 200MM fully guaranteed dollars and the last year is even a player option.
the funny thing is that lillard is one of the very few players who might be worth that
Davis probably not but I’m glad we don’t have to find out
I believe strongly though that history will not be kind to his cowardice

Just talking about the player, not the teams. Miami is a destination city and they have Whiteside and Dragic coming off the books after this season. Signing Butler can be step 1 in the rebuild.

Assuming Butler stays happy. He's a moodswing waiting to happen
Posted on 6/30/19 at 2:26 pm to LosLobos111
couple things about this for the nets
1) they’d be hard capped
2) they would be allowing BOS to both retain the full MLE and the ability to keep the cap holds for their free agents (horford)
3) they would be making it much easier for CHA to sign rozier
The compensation to BKN would have to be significant

He's going to be 30 when the season starts. How is step 1 in a rebuild signing a 30-year-old guy?
