I’m amazed he isn’t working one of his dad’s businesses in BR by now.

most nba teams have competent coaches. We have Willie who plays the 40 year old bums over first round rookies.

This makes no sense to me. Had to add a second to turn Sexton into Nurkic?

Is Nurkic even playable anymore? Lol

Sexton's defense remains somewhere in between "extremely bad" and "dreadful."

Some writers are saying Utah has coveted Nurk for awhile now, others are saying it’s a tank move.

I’d go with “tank move”.

I know Phoenix was fundamentally fricked last year but Nurkic got a lot of the blame outside anyone not named Beal.

On one hand I liked what I saw from Boston, on the other hand, I hated having to over rely on these low end gleague players.

A trade I like would be something like Hawkins + 2nds for Kessler and Mykhailiuk.

Declining Boston’s option is making things very interesting for me.

The salary was pretty minimal and he played fine for an end of bench player.

We are:

1) creating roster spots (by my count we now have two open, if you count Peavy?)

2) trying to maximize room from the line
