I update my phone and when it turns on I see this. Caught off guard. I understand the move, but seems like we made strides this year. The relationship with AD and Monty is pivotal, but this screams they have someone lined up and are striving to be a contender.

Couldn't agree more, the team improved a lot this year but mostly due to Demps adding key players who saved Monty from himself. he wasn't going to take you to the top, fire him now and move on.
