Just said screw the “market” and should take a long hard look at New Orleans. That would be very interesting. Maybe the guy who will put us in the elite category, and could help persuade some vets to sign to make a run

Melo has an opt in option worth 28 mil... he’s not passing that up. He will never get paid Big again, he proved this year in okc he is not valuable anymore, so he’s cashing the check one last time

The only way is if he pulls a CP3 and says I want to opt in and be traded to NOLA or I'm walking and you get nothing.

If he opts-in, he is giving up roughly $10M this year. I cannot see that happening especially if the 76'ers are also in pursuit.

I agree, I doubt he leaves 10 million on the table. If he does go to Philly though they will have too many wings. Maybe then the Pels could trade for a Covington or Saric.

Under no circumstances is Paul George coming to NOLA. Hes all about the LA lifestyle and nothing else. Hes been saying bullshite to the media all season to make it seem like he was in for OKC. Hes gone as soon as free agency hits.

wait. are you saying too many wings to have on a roster for on court fit or too many wings as in capped out?
