Dante has become a very good player on a cheap deal and comes with Bird Rights. I could see a playoff team having interest in him if we're doing some kind of 3 way. On paper a late 1st for DC seems crazy, but to a cap strapped playoff team, a guy that can guard 3-5 and hit 39% from 3 is gold.

So how would they designate them? They have to list some reason, you either list a fake injury, or go with something like "rest". Personal seems like the easy option to stop follow up questions.

"Cunningham is out for personal reasons, can you elaborate? No? Personal means personal? Ok then."
