Its not a boomer thing tattoos are trashy on a woman and anything that cant be covered for work is extremely questionable.
Who really needs a black panther tatted on they're arm if it has a meaning or symbolism i get it but most are just hideous.
I have a guy who works for us with a set of tits tattooed on his arm reason he likes tits. I like tits yet I dont have a titty tattoo.
Or you have jj Reddick has the virgin madonna sleeve, yet ask his ex to get an abortion. You know a great symbol to remind you of your faith and beliefs....

Who cares. Do it impact your life personally other than give you something to complain about. If a person wants to decorate their body then good. Let them.
Now if you're some manager or boss and don't want to hire someone because of that then that's on you. But no reason to judge or talk bad just because some one has tattoos.
I don't have tattoos either but they don't bother me or make me boil over with rage when I see some one who does.
If people would just let people live their own lives this place would be much better off.
