You're crazy then. Keeping or trading Gordon has extremely large impact on the franchise.

My idea of a "good" Detroit trade gets us Monroe with Rodney Stuckey as ballast to match salaries.

Is this for just EG or EG and Ryno?

Ok, I guess I should rephrase my comment

I don't think the RETURN of an Eric Gordon trade is going to make all that big of a difference

I just hope we can get some expiring contracts or decent draft picks from it honestly. My expectations of what we will get from a trade are very low.

If that's a "good" trade for you, you're going to be REALLY disappointed when this all goes down

I'll just try to burn the condo.

But like others said, if they do it, don't do it for crap or scrap. Nobody wants that. Frankly I don't mind him on the team unlike others but I also want the best for the team. If they keep him, so be it, if they don't, I hope they get something good in return.

This likely wont end well for us. If we trade him while his value is this low then we're not getting anything for him. If we let him play and his value increases then we wont want to trade him because next year will be playoffs or bust for Monty and maybe even for Demps. So they wouldn't want to risk trading him in the middle of the season if he starts playing well and stays injury free. The only way to get anything out of this would be some team giving up way more than we expected for him in the offseason.

Monroe makes like $4m next year and Gordon makes about $14m, so we're likely to eat around another $10m or so in contracts, give or take.

That likely means Stuckey or Villanueva, both of whom make $8.5m next season, barring Villanueva stupidly opting out of his deal.

At 100% this guy is nearly worth his contract. If he will ever be 100% remains to be seen, just under 7 months to be exact if they aren't trading him. I am in the minority, but I want a healthy EG on the team.

I'm not sure where the minority/majority is on this, but the anti-Gordons are more likely to relentlessly reiterate their feelings.

Most of us do. Well, this and him to half way act like he enjoys being on the team

I gotta be honest. The Eric Gordon whine face does get a little old. It's like the only time he gets demonstrative is when he's whining about a call.

When I said Monty won't have alot of say after this season, is he's done a piss poor coaching job. The fact that he doesn't like Gordon will have alot less impact than it did when he didn't like Marcus. I think Gordon is a bitch and hasn't lived up to his contract either, but Monty is taking out alot of his frustrations for the rest of his sub par team, as well as his own mind numbingly stupid rotations and defensive strategies, on Gordon. Alot of the fans are doing the same thing

Perfect scenario for us is to trade for now injured danilo gallo. Nuggets will be desperate to win next season and we can now draft the best available at our draft spot, mr oladipo, who is better than eg by a mile at this point.

Anyone who thinks we will get a solid starter for this injured kid are deluded. His per has been terrible, he is simply only desirable to the desperate.

You gotta at least try and rethink that point you just made. Oladipo miles better than Gordon? Come on man. I hope sarcasm is what you're majoring in school because if then, I applaud you.
