No thanks

EDIT: see you edited in Durant.

I would entertain bringing in Durant if he gives genuine buy-in, but HELL NO to Kyrie

That's kind of surprising considering how well they've played when healthy lately.

Why?

Kyrie won a championship in Cleveland and was making backroom pushes to leave. Boston was on the up and he toxified that locker room and pushed his way out.

He goes to Brooklyn, toxifies that franchise, burns the bridge with Harden, shows no loyalty to Durant; who has stood by him thick and thin…and people want to spend assets to bring that guy HERE!

KD won't agree to want to come to New Orleans.

Griff won't trade for KD without that confirmation

This never had a chance then or now.

Kyrie also wants to get paid this offseason, and if the Nets are still hesitant about a long term deal…

Nah but it is funny that he stayed quiet for a couple months and bided his time for when he could blow up their season again.

We know thats not how it works. He's about to be a free agent. So he'll end up going where he wants because he'll threaten them with leaving.

Seems extremely similar to what AD did here when he tried to bully us into trading him midseason. Feels like a push to get to LA.

He'll sit 75% of his games here with an "injury" and leave in the summer. HARD pass on a guy that has destroyed 3 locker rooms playing with some of the greatest talent in NBA history.

I can’t think of a worse player to bring here. Literally everything we oppose in a player and a person.

I wouldn't trade a fake 2nd round pick for Kyrie.

Fuuuuuuuuuuck that shite. Even if he didn't have off the court drama I wouldn't want his ego in this locker room.
