Tried eurostepping through traffic and absolutely wrecked his ankle stepping on OG Anunoby (sp?) foot. Looked awful.

Looked really good in debut up to that point. 13 Pts in 13 mins.

ETA: x-rays negative

I've been told the X-rays came back negative on Frank Jackson's left ankle sprain. It's swollen right now and he's considered day-to-day.

With our training staff, won’t see him until next year. ROY 2020?

its almost a mental thing with these idiots. They scream that the Pelicans are a cursed franchise every time a player gets an injury, but they dont realize how common injuries in basketball are. Jrue's situation a couple years ago was a problem with the training staff. A player getting a freak ankle sprain by stepping on a foot does not mean the Pelicans are cursed and that the training staff is awful.

Need to use the rest of our cap space to sign Golden State's training staff.. they are a much better team

Training staff does suck. This type of injury isn’t their fault though.

I think Monty tried rushing him back to save his job. He was suppose to play 15 mins a game iirc and ended up in the mid 20s by the time playoffs rolled around.

Tweet from Will Guillory:

Kevin Hanson says the team will likely hold Frank Jackson out of tomorrow's game. The hope is that he'll be back Monday

Looks like Frank will be fine.
