Lots of injuries in NBA right now but you have to feel for Lonzo too. He has missed lots of games. Perhaps it is a NBA problem? NBA needs to cut back on games? Back to backs?

Paul George is right.

Even the broadcasters last night mentioned that the season Zion played the most games is when Stan had them practicing every day.

10 years from now they’ll look back at this load Managment crap and see how counter productive it is for anyone but older players

It's always said, the more you worry about risking an injury, the more likely you are to suffer an injury. Practicing light and easy then going full speed in a game isn't getting your body comfortable to that sort of exertion.

frick everyone ... I hope every team's star players tweak their hamstrings so that they can feel what we feel.

CJ also echoed PG13's sentiments on his latest pod with Zach Lowe.

Hopefully it's the start of the tide turning a bit where more and more players speak out on this to create change.

Twenty years ago teams didn’t have an e tire training staff like they do now. Just one or two guys and they played and practiced way more. And seems like they didn’t have nearly as many injuries as they do now.

the NBA has played 82 games for over 60 years... all of a sudden this is now an issue?

the issue is a lot of these "injuries" are a bunch of bullshite, some players are pussies or are just lazy, and those that want to play, stay in shape to withstand it and play...

The Pels medical staff is directly responsible for both Durant’s pregame injury and Lonzo’s inability to walk without pain

Our injury curse is applying to former players and, now, potential trade targets?

There is truth to what he’s saying. Sort of like a carpenter who stops working when he gets a blister and never develops callous. Bodies are weird and wonderfully designed.

Antonio Daniels agrees with this too.

Load management for the late career San Antonio Spurs with Manu, Duncan and Parker makes sense.

Load management for players under 32 is ridiculous.
