I'd love to get Washington from the Hornets. He fills a role and can come off the bench to back up Zion when and if he gets back in the line up. The only caveat is that Washington will be coming off this rookie deal soon, which is probably why Charlotte is open to moving him. I wonder if the Pels just taking the protections off the first rounder we already sent Charlotte for Graham would be enough to move the needle? Might depend on how likely they think our chances are to make the playoffs without the trade. If they want a true big, Billy has played so well in the minutes he's been given + that franchise already is familiar with him.

I wouldn't think we need to add more than 1-2 firsts to Sacto, then we should get 1 back from NY for taking on Fournier's salary, which i would flip to Atlanta along with NAW for Huerter coming back into the TPE

Hart/Jax/Sato for CJ
2 weeks ago most of us would have loved that deal, tomorrow people will think we gave up too much
Then do Huerter into the trade exception for NAW and 2nds. Before anyone says that's not enough for Huerter, he is not having a good year. The stats say he's regressed since getting paid, not stepped up. And while a 37% 3 point shooter would be an upgrade for the Pels, he's largely a 3 point specialist that only shoots 37%. It's not bad but it's also not good.

Whatever happened to all the smoke saying that New Orleans would be his “preferred destination”?
I know he’s from here, but it seemed like something out of his camp. He has been out the last 6 games, and from most reports he is healthy enough to play.
If he is no longer in play for the Pels, then maybe they have something lined up with the Knicks or another team.
