we aren't anywhere near the same type of team as them. They are title contenders.

Yes. They were crappy, and added an allstar in Vucevic and DeRozan, as well as a good role player in Ball and Caruso. They lost pretty much no one worth noting, unless you want to call Lauri of note, who they didn't even care to bring back.

They are title contenders, again, we aren't at that stage yet and Lowry would'nt have gotten us there, but he does for them. They aren't worried about winning a title in 4 years, they are tryign to win it this year.
The Spurs lost some key guys, but they are getting more experienced and added some nice free agents. Dallas didn't really get that much better, and neither did Memphis and Portland. Those are the 4 teams that matter. GSW will be better when Klay gets back, and they still have a chance to add a huge piece to vault them back up to title contenders.
I still say we got better, and we should be at worst fighting for around that 6-10 spot with Dallas/SAS/Memphis/Portland
The Kings didn't get better, but I think the TWolves are likely to be better than expected and may finally start being a better than .500 team.

The comparison game is silly .
Look objectively at this team.
If we are done this off-season has been a failure . There has been nothing done by the front office to instill confidence and excitement from the players on the roster or the Fan base .
Could this team perform a few games better than last , sure . It took world class meltdowns from last seasons team to not be better.
The issue is Griff has turned What started as an objectivity positive situation with many resources and paths for success into wondering if this team has really improved from being a bottom 5 western conference team .
Look objectively at this team.

Saw Shamit retweet someone that said the league office was prioritizing deals that included 2021 draft picks to get them on their teams quickly.

I was told that transactions involving 2021 draftees are priority to be processed first in the queue. Teams would like those players with their new teams ASAP, so that they can have them available for Summer League.
