Spurs may still find a way to frick it up they’ve been terrible at home. They’re such a weird and inconsistent team

Spurs are the definition of underperforming.

They have the 8th best differential in the west (-0.2) however they're 24-40.

insanity man.

Spurs win! This is the first time that I've really felt that getting the pick seems likely.

No idea what was going on with Dejounte Murray in crunch time of that game.

He literally wouldn't take the basketball. His teammates were calling for him to run the offense and he was waving them off to stand in the corner.

Schedule is about to get rough for the Lakers, too.

Spurs are now 3.5 behind the Lakers.

So Portland is straight up TANKING tanking.

The Pelicans face them 2 more times.

The Spurs face them 3 more times.

The Lakers don't play them again.

The Spurs can tie their season series with the Lakers at 2-2 with a win tonight.

Atlanta's loss today was also useful, as the Wizards are now just 1.5 games back of the play-in, so they will definitely not tank.

Unfortunately, the Knicks are down 15 points to the Kings early in that game.

-Lebron starts a conversation that he's not respected enough as a scorer
-Decides to score 50 in their upcoming national tv game to get people to run with that narrative(they happen to win)
-Sits out the next game because it's not on TV and losing proves how much the rest of the team sucks so it's not his fault they're bad

I wouldn’t feel confident about the spurs passing the lakers. Lakers would need a big collapse (decently likely) and the spurs would have to be at least .500 the rest of the way (very unlikely)

They do play Portland 3 times. That’s practically a guarantee win as of now.

I think our best shot is for the Wizards to decide they want to win a few games down the stretch. So many teams tankin' or resting folks. It's just a crapshoot night by night, trying to figure out who, besides us...is actually tryin' to win a game, on that particular night.

The Kings are ALWAYS good for one disastrous quarter where they either loss a big lead or go down by 20
