I still have a 1960's Gibson Classical with a Kalamazoo sticker in the sound hole.

Sounds like honey...

My first (again not my pic):

Crappy, generic Sears guitar my Mom brought home from a Pawn shop.

My friend and I Frankensteined this POS the best we could, but it was still a piece of crap if you were into Metal...

A friend of mine has one almost just like that, made by a Japanese company named Tiesco or something like that.
My first guitar came from Sear's too. My parents bought it because was pretty, they didn't know any better. It was a piece of junk but it was pretty.
My favorite guitar is quickly becoming this Epiphone Masterbuilt Frontier that I've had about 6 months. This guitar gets better every day.

about a '59 single pick-up Kay. It was played by my uncle at the Walker -?- hoedown held off of 190. I put bass strings on it for a while. Best action ever.

Missed the favorite part. It is a toss up between a ‘62 jazz bass; ‘97 or Rickenbacker 4001 and a V62 reissue Hofner.

A Hondo red and white pawn shop strat copy was my first ever guitar. A black Jackson SDK2 was my first proper guitar. My favorite is actually my current guitar... a Jackson SL2H in winterstorm white.

Not a picture of my own, but I still have it. My first and favorite. A 1978 Epiphone SC450 Scroll. Twin Humbuckers with coil splitting. 24 frets, nice and really smooth ebony fret board.

First Guitar: Circa 1984 Takamine GX-200 in creme, image courtesy of Google. It was from a short-lived experiment in which Takamine ventured into the solid body electric market in the US. The GXes didn't hit like Tak wished in the marketplace, and a C&D from Gibson was the last nail in the experiment's coffin. Mine was unfortunately lost in a move between apartments many decades ago. Shame too, it was a KILLER guitar.

I found another in more recent times, a black one, and my daughter has it. It was her first electric.

Favorite Guitar * : Carondelet SN 007

Actually it was yesterday. Friends gave me an Epiphone Les Paul. I play bass so I have no idea what to do with the thing. I did run it through my Sushi tube pedals and YYZ pedal with gain cranked and it sounded pretty cool.

My first bass was a Peavey Patriot in about ‘87 just like the one pictured. It’s been gone since the late 80’s.

Favorite is my Geddy by a nose over my 75 Reissue Jazz.

First guitar was given to me by my uncle - a 1965 Gibson LG-0 flattop (center in this pic)

First one I bought (or my parents bought me when I was in 8th grade) was my 1981 Les Paul Custom Black Beauty…

Favorite is my most recent - my 2018 Jackson Mick Thomson Soloist (center in this pic)…

When I was in about the 7th or 8th grade my brother bought a Fender Squier. I started learning on that. I saved some money and bought my first guitar not long after. It was a fairly cheap Jackson Dinky. Wish I still had it but I eventually sold it to upgrade. I then bought an ESP LTD MH-100. If I remember correctly it was about $400 at the time.

That MH-100 is still my favorite guitar. I had a couple of others including a Takamine GX-100 and an Ibanez Gio. Both were given to me. Those were unfortunately irreparably damaged in a flood along with a lot of my other gear.

About a year ago I decided it was time to start playing again after about a decade of not playing much. Other than occasionally picking up my Yamaha acoustic that I’ve also had since high school. So I upgraded the humbuckers on the MH-100 and rewired the whole guitar. Found a used Marshall amp online. Strung it up and started jamming again.

I’ve been consistently playing again. So I think it may be time to start looking for a couple more. I should have enough room on the wall for 2 or 3 more.

I can't believe I found my first guitar (same model/mfg) online. This thing had effects on the guitar.

1st: Some $100 Fender acoustic
Fav: My 1997 Guild F47RCE made in Westerly, RI before Fender moved production to Cali and screwed up the brand. I occasionally take it to someone for repairs and just about every luthier that has worked on it has offered to buy it from me. I know one guy bought one off ebay because he liked mine so much.

First bass was a piece of shite fender precision knock off made by mako. It weighed about tree fitty. It was terrible.
Favorite today has to be my Rickenbacker. I barely play it since it's mostly a case queen show piece. But I love it. My #1 player is my geddy lee jazz
