I bet you didn't even listen to it.

Probably 30 seconds.

Yes, yes, only with a better vocalist.

Ok, you are entitled to your opinion.

Any song I've ever written has fallen into a cross of Tool and The Cure somehow.

It would basically be Tab Benoit because he combines best of blues, soul,R&B, and Swamp pop. And he plays a semi hollow fender.

I want to say they are touring with Black Dahlia this summer. Now a big fan of his vocal style.
So mine would be TBDM. Blackwater Park era Opeth.

Booker T. & the MG's, the Memphis Horns with Delbert McClinton vocals.

I just can't get around TBDM vocal style. They have some songs I like, but in general I don't like it.

The incestuous offspring of Tool, Parliament Funkadelic, and the Black Keys.
Posted on 3/29/18 at 11:55 am to Green Chili Tiger
now that would be interesting

freestyle, heavy blues rock guitar work by Jack White of White Stripes
Primal drum work by Zach Hill of the Death Grips
heavy, heavy bass work by Nick Oliveri of Kyuss and QOTSA
Ray Manzarek manning the organs
a reanimated Layne Staley, Mad Season period & style
A shite ton of hypnotic, climactic blues/soul numbers spanning 7-12mins each.
Yes. Layne Staley singing soul music. It would have been incredible.

Probably Cross Canadian Ragweed or Old 07's.
Not that there even necessarily my favorite bands, that's just what I could imagine it turning out like.

Well I'm not huge on the last 2 albums. Nocturnal and Ritual were the best. Then Everblack. It's not for everyone. I like how he can make 2 different vocals work.
