Love Decoration Day but it's the only one I've heard. Any others that are as good? TIA

All of them.

But start with the Dirty South after Decoration Day.

I've always been a huge fan of Pizza Deliverance. Very underrated imo.

Screw the albums. Go to bt.etree.org and download live shows.

Alabama arse Whuppin'

The first two songs and the last are probably their three best.

I really like The Big To Do and Go-Go boots. I think the best DBT songs were written by Jason Isbell. But there are a lot of tracks on those two albums I really like.

The Fourth Night of My Drinking
Drag the Lake Charlie
The Wig He Made Her Wear
You Got Another
The Flying Wallendas
I Do Believe
Used To Be A Cop
The Fireplace Poker

But if you like DBT, you might want to start from the beginning. Every album has a few great songs.

Cooley writes the best songs IMO

Southern Rock Opera is by far their best album.

For fun one day I decided to make a DBT playlist for my iPod. Was going to take a track from each album, put it on the list, go to the next album in alpha order, etc

List ended up well over 100 songs long and is over six hours. Lol

So to answer your question: ALL OF THEM

Dirty South, then Southern Rock Opera, then, if you are still in, Brighter Than Creation's Dark

Whichever one has the fewest Hood songs, or
Brighter Than Creation's Dark.

Normally i'd agree with you in regards to Hood, with the exception of the latest album

Hood songs>Cooley songs

I don't think I have heard any of them, but that would be an amazing accomplishment for Hood.
