No. You just have to work harder to find the good stuff now. It's still out there. FM radio is no longer a credible source.

Yep, I don't see anything legendary being produced right now. Lots of acceptable stuff if you weed through shite tons of mediocrity.

definitely the 70s. The last half of the 60s were rediculous, but it couldn't make up for the first half of the 60s. The 80s were wierd, the 90s were just stupid, and the new stuff has some gems, but you really have to sift through a lot of c*&p to get to it.

Has anyone mentioned the doors? I believe LA Woman was released in '70 or '71 which would add to that decade being the best.

thats because we waded thru the crappy ones from the past already, they are gone and all we are left with are the great/legendary ones.
