- Their first 3 albums being hit machines and some of the greatest albums of the era.

Or

- Their ability to pump out absolute dog shite ever since?

Not true, imo. I love No Code, Yield, and Backspacer. I also really like a few others.

Yield is heavily underrated.

But yeah, after that I haven't been very interested in their output, outside of a few songs.

Eddie Vedder's Into the Wild score was pretty great though.

Their days of putting out albums you can listen to from beginning to end are over but that’s any band. Now each album has a couple good/great ones on it.

I get scammed every time. Once again they came out with Gigaton and the line on it was "Return to form" and "Their best album since the 90s", etc. Awesome, let's check it out.

Nope. Same old crap. There will be no "Black" again. There will be no "Animal" again. They'll never even get in the ballpark of that again. And it's hard to figure out if they're still underachieving on purpose, but I'm done either way.

Unpopular opinion but I think that No Code was their best album, by quite a bit. Yield was really good too.

Vitology was the shittiest of shitty albums. Bugs, that stupid mophandle song. Better Man and Nothing Man were pretty much the same damn song(and both sucked)...just a shitty album that somehow always seems to get lumped in with Ten and Vs.

terrible, terrible take.

Ggiaton isn't a great album but it's far from "dog shite"

No. It just has a picture of an avacado on the cover. Really untitled or self titled. But people just call it the avacado album.

Ok Ok,

Was feeling a bit salty this morning. Yield is underrated. The Avocado album sucks front to back. Gigaton is a snooze fest

I'll give you the middle of the album is weak, but to say the entire thing is a snoozefest is just wrong.

Who Ever Said
Superblood Wolfmoon
Quick Escape
Never Destination

All really solid songs that have been great in their few performances this year
