Deadheads will overtake the casual fan. The city will turn to shades of tie dye and Jerry will be resurrected.

You don't think there is any chance of the Core Four? I could see Jazz Fest pulling a Quint Davis powermove.

That would be insane. I don't see them playing multiple shows. Just one show and sounds like Chicago is a lock.

Well it looks like Chicago will be 3 shows. July 3,4,and 5.

I'm hoping. shite's lined up for it. We know Billy's gonna be here the week before. No schedule conflicts.
But Davis said bigger than Elton, and I'm not sure if anybody other than fellow heads would think they're bigger than Elton.
But, Billy's in town. Phil and Bobby have played it before. Winwood's playing Sunday, he could have the slot right before them, then come back out for a little Fantasy...
frick I hope it's them.

Figured. I meant to say I don't think they will play shows in multiple cities.
Do you think there will have rotating guitarists?

Ha, talk about dreaming.

I don't see Bowie doing daytime either honestly, but part of me wonders if the mystique, uniqueness, and musicality of the Jazz Fest would be enough to get him here someday. Id at least slide it from impossible to fantastically improbable only cause it's JF.

Bowie would be beyond epic. I think I would cry tears of joy during Heroes.

Gotcha. I saw nothing between Coachella and Holland on the 5th.
