Feel like I’ve posted this before but it warrants reiterating for anyone who’s not familiar.
High/Low, Let Go, and Lucky are all fantastic albums. I’d start with Lucky and work my way backwards personally…

I have tried to preach this, but no one appeared to care. It's the most unfortunate one hit wonder situation in the history of music. While I do like Popular, it sounds nothing like the rest of their better songs like:
I Like What You Say
Whose Authority
Happy Kid
Always Love
Inside of Love

Absolutely! Unfortunately, most people only know Popular and wrote off them off. They're great.

Every song on let go is great at a minimum.

Yep. Heard Popular when it came out back in 96. Hated it. Never gave anything else they did after that a chance until about 6 years ago. I was definitely dumb for doing that. They have loads of stuff

I always liked the record Matthew Caws did with Juliana Hatfield ~ 10 years ago... Minor Alps

I hated Popular as well and forgot about them until I heard Always Love off The Weight Is A Gift album in 2005.
Cold To See Clear from 2016 is one of my favorites.

I want to know what it's like
On the inside of love
Standing at the gates
I see the beauty above
