Important life lesson in that one for me. If you've got to leave the dog for her, she ain't worth it.

Bird Hunters then Good Lord, Lorrie and Every Girl for me

Pay no Rent and Ringing in the Year are my favorites. Unrung is also great. Those are all relatively new - the oldies I like are Evangeline and Every Girl.

Wrecked is probably my favorite.

The fiddle break in Bird Hunters gives me chills almost every time I hear it.

Damn I wish Evan would get his shite together so I can go see them again. I was at all of their concerts at the Varsity in college.

7&7 for me sirs.

Just due to the timing of a change in relationships when I first heard it.

Was a good jam for my mental state.

So many great ones it's hard to pick. Bird Hunters is probably the winner for me.

In the running: pay no rent, whole damn town, 7&7

So many great ones...mine changes all the time, but one song that always comes back and makes me want to drink a beer:

Before the Devil Knows We're Dead.

Another one that I like just for loneliness and anger...Austin to Ashes

7&7 and Every Girl are up there for me.

Honestly.... don’t have favorites per se. They have so many good songs.

Probably a shorter list of the ones I don't like.

I love how many of their songs reference the same things at different points in time; such as Lorie or his shotgun.

Right now I have Tornado Warning and Pipe Bomb Dream on regular rotation.

I don’t know why but I just got introduced to them in January. Diamonds and gasoline is gold top to bottom. My favorite is Housefire and Bird Hunters. They are awesome! Any word if they’ll ever get back to touring again?

A buddy turned me onto them several years back. I liked their music, but I was hooked after catching them live the first time (Vartisty). They opened with Bird Hunters, and I still remember that first fiddle break. Damn.
