When I saw the title The Cult came to mind right away. The came right after releasing "Beyond Good and Evil". I saw them the at HBO in NO right before this show. That night at the Varisty the crowd was huge and they put on a great show!!! The place was as wild as I had ever seen there. Caught a tambourine from Ian and had it signed after the show. The group was so impressed with the atmosphere came back a few months later on the same tour for another show!
Also a "King-X's" show was also a high point. Not much of a crowd but they played for hours and was a great show!

Rusted Root 1994ish
I saw them there around 1998-99 and it was one of the best shows I’ve seen anywhere.

Can’t wait for them to tour again, their new music sounds great.
I'm kind of hoping for a Black Map/dredg tour. I know dredg is taking their time to make the new album all it can be, so I'm not sure when it will release, but it would probably help with logistics given that Mark Engles is a member of both and Ben Flanagan has toured with dredg as a second guitarist.

Saw them the first time they played there in probably 1999. They were just called Sector 9 at the time.
