Tame Impala should be up there

Does that count as a band? Bc except for live concerts, it’s literally just one guy that does everything. He writes the music, sings, and plays all the instruments

I operate my band the same way much of the time. I do at least 80% of the studio work but only sing live.

I saw Dave Mathews at an indoor rodeo barn in Auburn in 1993.

Hail to the King is pretty legit.

But I understand the hatred.

I've listened to most of the bands listed, some good and some bad.
As for good rock music since 2000, The Record Company out of LA is the best I've listened to.

You absolutely can’t deny that what the foo fighters has done is impressive. Even if you only like a couple of songs or none at all you should go see them live. It’s just 2 1/2 hours of a great show.

Yeah, but they started and released several studio albums in the 90’s. This thread is about highlighting the best bands of the 2000’s, not the best bands that got famous in previous decades and remained relevant through the 2000’s.

Nobody denies Foo Fighters have had an exceptional career putting out a huge catalog of solid, relevant, and commercially successful music.
