What's The Cars best album? What's The Cars most successful album?

"Night Moves" is Bob Seger's 9th album.

Eh, I'd have to disagree. On the artist you mentioned, most of them have a very large catalog. If you have 10 CDs then sure theres a good chance some of them are better.
I'd be curious to see what the average album total is for most bands. Pretty sure that'd be impossible to find out. But most of the time, if a band has around 5 albums, more likely than not, one of the 1st two will be the best.
Look at some of your favorite bands with a smaller amount of albums. The number is going to drop.

Dream Theater - "Scenes from a Memory" (their 5th album)

Not a fan. Couldn't care less about The Cars. Why them?
And your subjectivity does not outweigh the majority.
Maybe a good example is Metallicas Black Album. I hated it, but production and success wise, it was 2nd to none in their catalogue.

Ha. Ok. The Cars are my example. My reasoning is wrong because you think otherwise. Must be a lib.

ZZ Top - Tres Hombres, their high water mark.
First Album and Rio Grande Mud are great as well.

Does Opiate not count being an EP?
I think most fans tend to argue over whether Aenima or Lateralus is their best album.

Really? I think Parallel Lines is a good bit better.

Sorry, I’ve got to be an old fart, but I’m pretty sure that the Stones and Beatles would Qualify. Newer: Rubber Soul, Sgt Pepper,
Sticky Fingers, Exile on Main Street, etc.

Certainly debatable, but Eat to the Beat was an incredibly strong follow-up.
