The War On Drugs for sure. Lost In The Dream was their third album and is a masterpiece. Their 4th - A Deeper Understanding - is just as good.

I'd mentioned Springsteen.
If we count solo artists (seeing the Isbell post) I'd put Paul Simon and Graceland out there. He put that out about 20 years into his career, which is usually when most artists have fallen off.
