Me too but I will be adding a couple that I had forgot about.
I saw Fine Young Canibals at their American debut in San Francisco. They had a local band from San Franisco, Monkey Blood, open for them. Monkey Blood was better.

I'm an '80s metalhead but I always dug a bunch of the New Wave, synth stuff that was around then. Not everything in the video was my thing but a decent playlist overall.

Jukebox Hero from Foreigner’s monster “4” album only reached #26 on the charts. To be honest, I don’t remember ever hearing it on local radio in Baton Rouge when it was new. However, today, it is as big as any song by that group with the notable exception of “I want to know what love is.”

I always wondered about the transition from classic rock after classic rock in the 70s.
This video really spoke about New Wave. I ever heard about but recognize a lot of the songs.
