It may not seem like it from that trailer, but if you know about her story she clearly has some kind of next level charm and/or manipulative ability. She had major investors and members of the Theranos board eating out of her hand, many of whom continued to deny that she was involved in any wrong-doing even while being slapped in the face with the evidence.

Man...the no blinking and low husky voice would have only made the "pretty butthole" argument stronger. Curiosity kills the cat. I'd have fallen for it, just for a ticket on the roller coaster.
