Honestly Sheridan is awful. He just does a great job of finding beautify cinematography that draws us in

This week's episode was so odd. It pretty much brought very little to tying up this series. Random happenings and pointless storyline in the middle of the series? No big deal. However, to have that as your 3rd to last episode of the series is ridiculous.

Yeah it's looking like a hurried conclusion that everyone will hate.

And even worse.....with the hurried conclusion, they decided to throw in a completely useless episode wasting a huge portion of the remaining minutes. Terrible.

Show really went to shite but I need to see it out. I did like Kayce being a badass in the episode though.

It would have been way more epic if he killed the dude after killing the girl, making him watch

You are right, no one would see that coming because it would absolutely go against Kayce’s character. He’s been portrayed as a killer but he has more of a conscience than anyone on the show. When he has killed it has only been as a protector. There is no way he would kill a little girl.

And with the conservation easement etc. valuation discounts.

But here’s another stupidity. Assuming the estate taxes are multi millions, how is selling a few, even many, horses going to make a dent. Those horse aren’t worth that much.

I think the ones John had them buy are easily worth that much, if memory serves me correctly. He wanted to go all in and make a name for himself in the horse world and wanted them to stack checks on his desk.

He should really stick to movies. His style of disaster of the week just doesn’t make for good tv over several seasons. I’m sure his ratings are amazing, but his product isn’t.

I for one do enjoy the love letters to the cowboy life and the incredible cinematography where he makes the setting a character in the show. The plots and characters however, leave a lot to be desired.
