hat's on my list of things I don't understand from this episode.
- Why are they putting Colby's body in the truck and not calling a coroner?
- What does “The best lies are 90% true, and I’m the best frickin’ liar.” mean?
- How the hell is Grant's organization good enough to get 3 assassins in the governor's mansion to kill him, but botches the job and Kacey finds him in a matter of days by making a few phone calls?
- Why are they selling everything to pay Uncle Sam immediately? Death/Estate taxes aren't due before the body is in the ground. You have time.
- How can Taylor Sheridan's character and Jimmy not know that John Dutton is dead? I get that he doesn't watch tv, but it isn't like people don't text.
:Sometimes I think half this thread is literally autistic retards.
I guess this is like fat white trash bitches hate watching those Real Wives of Wherever shows.
Only 2 more weeks and you will never have to suffer through another episode of Yellowstone

WTF, this is a thread to talk about Yellowstone, if you have a problem with people talking about the show, go somewhere else.
You haven't been on the board long enough to spew this bullshite.

Caught up on the episode last night:
I don’t get the excessive hate Sheridan has for Jimmy. Every time they are together it’s “F you Jimmy you dumbarse.” Jimmy could sneeze and Sheridan would make a phone call just to laugh at him.
Colby’s death sucked. Just why?
Hell yea for finally getting Kayce in the fight with his military skills.

I thought it was understood that the plane she got on was the one Kayce planted the bomb on like 3 seasons ago that still hasn’t blown up.
It will in the finale. Beth will remember it is there at the last minute and launch a scheme to have every person trying to take the ranch load up in it, then she will devise a plan to get another enemy to unknowingly hit the detonator and take the fall.
Beth wins. The end.

Just my opinion but, Teeter is supposed to be part of the 6666 spinoff. Not having Colby back at Yellowstone gives her a reason to stay in Texas.

Why wouldn’t Kasey take the gunman and interrogate him? Doesn’t he want answers? That didn’t make any sense that he just chases him down and puts a gun to his daughter and says to stay away.
If I found a guy that killed my dad, I would definitely want to talk to him and know everything

They sent his belongings back to his mom, so there’s no way they just dispose the body. I would assume she wants him back home if she knows he died.
yeah, my question was more in response to the poster who said they couldn't properly bury Colby.

pretty sure he will get a proper burial.
when Tate and Kayce are walking back from dumping the horse Tate asks "where will they bury him" and Kayce replies something to the effect of "with his family".
then Tate says "I was talking about Grandfather".
I took that conversation to mean Kayce thought Tate was asking about Colby.
so it's implied that Colby's body is being sent home to his family for a proper burial.

because they're all SEALs.
so it's basically a small closed loop they're all a part of.

I’m pretty sure he knows everything (other than the actual gunmen). I could see him getting that info. But I think Sheridan wants Kayce to be “redeemable” as it seems clearer his son is getting the land.
Overall, the episode was pretty pointless. Colby died for “reasons” so we could learn that being a Cowboy sucked I guess.
Ok.
But why didn’t Carter just drop the water bucket in the corner by the door of the stall? Seems pretty retarded.
I’m of the mind Sheridan had written this season with the intent of EXTENDING the show behind the scenes and Costner got tired of the long breaks and the show’s schedule. 90% of everything happening seems to have been written to build upon something that won’t be there.

Stupid to kill Colby. Why do Tader like that?
I think the Indians will play a big part in the end.

It really is ridiculous. Perhaps Sheridan wants to show the world he's a bag that douches.

As for the Dutton crew, I hope Rip dies in horrific way while Beth has to watch.
