So what is the deal, they leased the land for the airport? They should be raking in the money for that.

Hopefully they do a better job of carrying out storyline than previous seasons. They do a great job of making this show hard to watch sometimes.

Anytime you Jimmy’s ugly mug you can go take a dump or grab a snack because ain’t shite happening plot-wise for 5-10 minutes. Pure fluff.

Because it wasnt an abortion. Its a major surgery for a woman. You're talking 3 days inpatient and like 6-8 weeks recovery time.

I think it was crap writing and beyond belief. They could have just said "there were complications" with the abortion that rendered her unlikely to carry a child to term.

Instead they feed you "hysterectomy". Its a bunch of absolute garbage.

I thought we’d get more on that in this last episode but we didn’t. My assumption is this is where the money is coming from for John to go all in on these horses. The amount of money indicated he spent exceeds the amount we generally know existed from the Beth/Jamie power struggle over control. Could be financed though

Could also return as a return of favor to Rainwater by returning the bones to the tribe.

You gotta let stuff like this go or the show go altogether. I work in healthcare, you realize how stupid Greys Anatomy is? I quit watching with the wife with the epic SJW storylines, but every now and again would pay attention when they worked covid into the plot. They had a CT surgeon giving regular hospitalist care to covid patients with nothing else wrong. They went over the top with husband and wife both working in the same hospital sleeping separately with one in a tent outside.

One of the most popular medical dramas ever did dumb medical shite, there’s gonna be some unrealistic medical elements to non-medical shows. Unlike greys medicine isn’t integral to the point of the show.

i mean they don't even call a doctor, they call the vet. Vet performed surgery on John in the barn.

Did they ever actually say hysterectomy (removal of the uterus/ovaries)? I thought they just said sterilized, which could be tubal litigation. If done laproscopically, you are out of the hospital in less than 24 hours and full recovery in less than 4 weeks.

There are good and bad in most parts of the horse world but I've found cutting people to be the most welcoming to someone new to the sport of any of the disciplines. Its not the most well known. Most people mix cutting up with penning or sorting. If you want to see an amazing cutting horse working look up the horse 'Hashtag' cutting world finals ft worth. That's an amazing cutting horse working.

So far I haven't seen any cutting on the show. Like one of the other people here mentioned, its mostly reining on the show. Cutting is 2 1/2 minutes of keeping a cow out of the herd while your herd helpers push the cow back into the herd (simplification but basically). You do very little running. If you are doing what you're supposed to, you and the horse hold the cow in the center of the pen. Its mostly hard stops and starts.

I'm excited to see if they actually show any cutting.

The constant belittling of this character has gotten very old. It's annoying.

Exactly. It's just as believable as the whole Tate rescue with guns a blazing in season 2 or the way all the men seem to kill anyone they choose at will and nobody ever cares.

This is not a reality show.

Man the first two episodes were great without a Monica bitch fest. My most hated character in the show

I'm not a Monica fan either. But you aren't meant to like all the characters and you probably aren't meant to like her either. She's not a villain you love to hate. She's the anti Beth. She's weak, soft and everything that Beth isn't.

She didn’t encourage him to go back on his word to John, she flat out told him she wouldn’t be with him unless he rode again. So he does what she wants, gets hurt and now has to leave because he listened to her and she’s blaming him for it? Yes that girl is the worst character on the show. She so bad she’s ruined Jimmy’s character who was actually on an interesting path before meeting her.

“I have to go, my family is here”

“They weren’t here for you. I was.”

“Oh really, did you pay my six figure medical bills twice, bitch?”

Just wanna point out that the governor has been noticeably absent in the first 3 episodes.

You've been complaining about realism for a while now. Let it go, it's a damn Hollywood production, not a documentary.

I do think there’s another swerve coming. I think Jamie’s dad is involved in the hit in some way, but I don’t think he’s the final boss of the season. However, they could also be keeping the governor away right now just so they don’t have to explain why no one but livestock agents are investigating anything.
