The Sansa hate is surprising a little bit. Her choices we upsetting but I just thought that was the characters way of surviving impossible situations.

I liked Kat Stark at first but every rewatch I like her less and less. She was stupid.

High sparrow thing was shite IMO. Jeoffry was a count but he would have ripped that shite out root and stem.

She did some dumb shite but she was right about Robb marrying that girl. Got them all killed

Arya killing the NK was atrocious and I can’t believe that that’s what GRRM had planned.

I agree. The publication of Fire and Blood and House of Dragon only emphasized the need for a Targaryen to confront the NK. Not a random Stark girl.

She was also right about not trusting the Greyjoys or the Freys. I can’t remember if she counseled against executing Karstark.

I think she’s easy to hate early on because she’s a whiny brat… but she’s supposed to be.

Rob reneging was bad but with all the pull she was supposed to have as Lady Tully/Stark she couldn’t work out a better deal for The Stark army to cross a bridge?

I like Pilou but the cheese was turned all the way up for that performance.

The writers. Full stop.

And yes, that includes George RR Martin himself. He bears his share of blame for the turd this turned into. Fat frick never misses a chance to badmouth Tolkien in a backhand way but couldn't be bothered to actually finish his story. Tolkien fiddled with things up to the day he died but he delivered the god damn story.

I’m doing a rewatch right now. In season 6

Cat Stark sucked
Arya sucks
Sansa sucked, got better though
Brianne sucks
Bran sucks
Jaime sucked, got WAY better (I know he sucks again at the end)

One thing that pisses me off that no one really talks about. Roose Bolton was intelligent, calculated and ruthless. He knew Ramsay was crazy, but raised his position because he was useful to Roose.

The moment he had a legitimate heir a person like Roose would have had Ramsay killed.

But no

He tells Ramsay, hugs him and, predictably, gets murdered.

ETA: Roose was one of the more interesting characters to me. It’s why it bothers me how stupidly he was killed.

If Sansa is "the smartest person [Arya] knows" she could've done something to keep her father from getting killed. Could have recognized Littlefinger was setting her up from a mile away and thus preventing the second "bad thing" that happened to her.

I'm perfectly willing to accept Sansa as another player in the game based on everything that happened in the earlier seasons. But this idea that Sansa, in what is painted as noble, only wanted "her people" to be better off or some shite is just nonsense.

She begged for the thug life, got a taste, tried to run, ended up worse off and then we're supposed to accept "she's the smartest person [Arya] knows?" It's just stupid

So what action of hers led to her being tortured by Ramsey?

Where do we start. Let's see I only care about becoming queen and have to marry the nice boy prince Jeoffrey. Even though I saw what he did I was naive and in love, so I lied to get my sister in trouble and the butcher's son killed. Not to mention it got my pet wolf killed as well.

Next because I was so blinded by my love and ambition, I could not believe the prince would be so mean to my father. I even convinced my father he would spare if he only confessed. Yet my stupidity only saw my father beheaded.

I maybe should have not trusted Littlefinger, or my aunt might still be alive, and I would not have been forced to marry Ramsey.

She may have been one of the few characters that actually controlled her fate and instead let her selfishness and ambition lead her down that path and destroyed many others.

But if you liked her as a character, have it and glad you enjoyed it

LF had like one scene with Sansa before that. Yeah, she knew he was creepy, but pretty unfair to blame Sansa for her father’s fall to LF. Maybe it’s fair to blame Sansa for tipping off Cersei, and she lived with that one for the rest of her life, but not LF.

Now she should have directly killed LF when she found out who she was, but I’m pissed LF was taken out more by a human eight ball than Sansa figuring out what LF had done to her family on her own. He was also killed by the wrong Stark daughter who has little interaction or direct connection to LF compared to her siblings.

Yes and I blame GRRM a bunch but the crap D&D put to paper is so laughably stupid it beggars belief. With how clumsily they’ve handled the adaptation to three body problem it is evident they’re hacks of the highest order.

not the worse character for me but probably the most disappointing. All of it just to come back full circle. what shite.

Worse character, probably Lyssa Aryyn and her lil shite son.
