Its a pretty sweet gig for not highly educated people. It seems to he happening in real life as well from my personal experience.

i was watching Furious on Hulu and Lucky kinds of at the same time, both fat black fbi women...and Furious also had a bitchy black head of sex crimes in fbi...

And rarely are they the protagonist/villain.
For both points, once you realize they exist it becomes hard to not see it.
