Well.......
How about commercials? The minority are the MAJORITY. I would imagine the social engineering continues.

Because black women love government jobs where its easy to lie about overtime and hard to get fired with insane cushy government pensions.

No, they’re not.

According to Google AI, black actors make up 12-16.5% of actors in national television commercials.

Because the only way the hack writers they use now know how to make a woman seem strong is to make her a man. What’s funny is they’re oblivious to the irony.

And they're always super competent and dragging their burnout white male partner along with them.
I don’t know about that. The first ones that come to mind are Reacher and Only Murders.

Reacher detective lady was meh as far as a decent detective. The fat black lesbian cop on Murders is pretty much incompetent.

It's pretty close though. Only about 20% of all law enforcement are women, and the most common ethnicities are white (60%), then Hispanic (18%), then black (13%). The overwhelming majority of members of law enforcement would be white men. Just like everything else, Hollywood would have you believing the opposite.

You provide those numbers, but no numbers for the frequency of OP's (and your) claim?

Based on what? How you and some others feel?

The black lady in Furious is the most cited character in this thread. She's not the protagonist, she's not depicted as competent, and she's surrounded by white (and one Asian) male and female law enforcement characters.

Because they all watched Reno 911 when they were young, and thought it was a documentary.

I would expand that to include women in general, not just women of color or Asian.

This is what stupidity looks like, everyone. The inability to believe your own eyes without being shown "proof" that what they've seen is real.

There have been some great black female cops on TV. Claudette Wyms from The Shield is awesome.

Rachel Brooks from Justified is a good character too.
